Effective communication requires more than straight translation of the language. Successful translations must encompass a cultural understanding of the audience, including the diversities that exist within the audience. The Shadow Writer staff has over 25 years combined experience in Human Resources and translation services, with a keen understanding of the importance of cultural relevance. We work in partnership with the Human Resources, Loss Prevention, and Safety departments to assist with transitional and cultural challenges faced while communicating with the Hispanic workforce and consumer.
Shadow Writer can both write and/or translate all texts
including, for example, employee manuals, training manuals and modules,
standards manuals,
code of conduct and ethics texts, company guidelines, policy manuals, safety
manuals, workroom postings,
and texts directed at the consumers such as
brochures and facility signage.
